Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To respect both your time and mine, all bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures adequate preparation and allows for a more valuable session. All consultations are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment time using the link in your confirmation email. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will result in a forfeited session without refund. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
